  1. I recently tried to come back to xtremity after leaving months ago due to payment issues. I signed up on Satuday, was issued login info that would not work. I opened a service ticket which has not been responded to in now over 3 days. I have disputed the charge with my CC provider. Lesson learned.

  2. their CS is non existent. the last month has been awful. No response whatsoever. I will look elsewhere for service.

    1. i agree with you. Had and outage and now favoites are all screwed up. I have reached out to them through the website and telegram and no response. IM glad i am using another service as they are on discod and service has done well. I had both servics becuase they all have issues at ome point in time. going to file a dispute with credit card company to get my money back

  3. I’ve had this provider for some months now. It was great up until a month ago. They are still having issues with payment processors, making it kind of difficult to stay on top of. I’ll probably be switching.

  4. They’ve been having serious billing issues for months now. Customers are being double even triple charged and the customers are having issues getting their subs updated after payment. Not sure what’s going on but it’s all visible in the telegram group.

    1. Their customer service sucks!!!! I’ve been trying to pay my invoice for several days. The invoice is supposed to have a link that allows for payment. A working link does not exist in my invoice, I have returned several emails which originate from their support division complaining about the problem and seeking an alternat payment method to no avail. Now mu subscription has expired the day before the Super Bowl Game. This really sucks!!!!!!
