Submitting a Copyright Complaint
To help us locate and assess the content you are concerned about, please include the following when you contact us:

- Your name and contact details
- A confirmation that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised
- A confirmation that the information you have provided is accurate

Use our contact page and include “Copyright Notice” at the start of your message. We will review your complaint and respond within 5 working days.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your complaint we will review the content you have identified. If we agree that there is an infringement issue we will remove or update the content and let you know. If we need more information to make that assessment we will come back to you.
Counter-Notices
If content you contributed to this site has been removed following a complaint and you believe this was done in error, you can contact us to dispute it. Use the contact page and include “Counter-Notice” at the start of your message with an explanation of why you believe the removal was incorrect.
