Credit/Debit card payment processing has been Non Functional for at least 9 days… Continually telling us to use coin base payment is NOT the answer… Attempting to explain a payment system that is totally impossible for the average person to navigate is a ridiculous approach. I have at least 14 people that I referred to this service who are very near subscription expiration or have already expired and are now without service for a week or more. Considering that the “ONLY” answer you keep pushing is “Use Crypto Coin Base” (even after after we have expressed our desire to NOT participate in CRYPTO currency) and, you can NOT seem find another one of the 1000s of Credit Card processing centers, I find my only option is to suggest that everyone find an alternative IPTV service provider….. I also recommend that No One consider subscribing to this service and I will No longer refer anyone to this service… At this rate, XtremeHDIPTV will soon fall of all IPTV service rating platforms…. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE MY and OTHERs time posting the USE CRYTPO Line….. We do Not want to hear it… Fix the problem or lose customers…. IS IT WORTH IT..??????

I have had this service (in Florida) since May 2023. We love it and have had no problems and have always paid with debit or credit card. They dont get the invoices out prior to the renewal dates but will send one as soon as you access the website to do so.
This month when trying to renew our monthly service (to watch the Superbowl game) there was a notice that their payment portal was down and the only payment choice was using 4 different Crypto or Coin base apps. I checked it out and to use Crypto currency they ask for information that should not be needed to pay any bill, especially a minimal bill of this nature. The Crypto site asked me for annual salary, investment plans and my Social Security number. I have been emailing extreme hd support and told them I will pay my bill using my debit/credit card like I have been doing for the last 9 months. I am not comfortable giving out that much personal information to pay a bill–even my mortgage company doesnt ask for this much information!!
5 days later I am still waiting for a response from customer support to pay my bill as soon as their payment portal is fixed.
