I’ve had this provider for some months now. It was great up until a month ago. They are still having issues with payment processors, making it kind of difficult to stay on top of. I’ll probably be switching.

Just checked and the Xtremity website is available
They’ve been having serious billing issues for months now. Customers are being double even triple charged and the customers are having issues getting their subs updated after payment. Not sure what’s going on but it’s all visible in the telegram group.
Their customer service sucks!!!! I’ve been trying to pay my invoice for several days. The invoice is supposed to have a link that allows for payment. A working link does not exist in my invoice, I have returned several emails which originate from their support division complaining about the problem and seeking an alternat payment method to no avail. Now mu subscription has expired the day before the Super Bowl Game. This really sucks!!!!!!
